Terms and Conditions (T&C)
- Scope of application The following T&C apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
- Contracting parties The purchase contract is concluded with Angela Amodio, Alfred-Merz-Gasse 50, 2380 Perchtoldsdorf (Austria).
- Conclusion of contract The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will immediately confirm receipt of your order by email. However, the purchase contract is only concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
- Prices and shipping costs The prices stated on our website include VAT and other price components. In addition, €3 are charged for delivery within Austria. For delivery within Europe, we charge a shipping fee of €6.50. For deliveries outside Europe, we charge a shipping fee of €11.
- Delivery conditions Delivery is made through the Austrian post office. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. In the case of different delivery times, we will indicate this on the corresponding product page. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by email of the expected delivery times, provided that you have provided a valid address.
- Payment conditions Payment is made by bank transfer. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
- Reservation of title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
- Warranty and guarantees Legal warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions are available on the respective product page and on special information pages in the online shop.
- Liability We are liable without limitation for damages caused by the violation of life, body or health, in all cases of intent and gross negligence, in case of fraudulent concealment of a defect, in case of assumption of a guarantee for the quality of the purchased item, in case of damages under the Product Liability Act and in all other cases provided for by law.
Shipping information
For delivery we charge a shipping fee of €3.00 for Austria, €6.50 inside Europa and €11 for deliveries outside Europe. Delivery is made through the Austrian post office.
